A. I have a retail gift shop, I don't want many stocks, and I want to select a variety of items. Can I order small quantity per style?

Re: Yes, there is no MOQ for the products on this website, as they are in stocks and we can ship the goods out as soon as payment receipt. If the items are not in stocks. Plesae contact us for the MOQ.

B. Whether the item I order is the same as the picture shown on the website ?

Re: Yes, all the pictures on the website are took photo of actual product. Normally, the style and color is the same as picture (Maybe slight difference due to lights and PC display).

C. How can I go ahead with my order if I have problems when I am making order on the website ?

D. May I pay cash on deliver ?

Re: Sorry , we don't accept cash on deliver, our payment term is full payment before shipment.

E. What's the shipping way ?

Re: The shipping way is by Express, such as TNT, DHL, EMS, etc. But we normally use TNT to ship the goods. By air (above 45kgs) , by post and by sea.

F. Who pay the shipping cost ?

Re: The prices we quoted on the website are ex-factory prices, they are not including the freight. So you will pay the freight. DHL, TNT and Fedex can ship the goods by freight collect. We don't accept UPS by freight collect due to the local UPS service problem. In fact, we suggest to ship the goods by freight prepaid. Because the prepaid freight is much cheaper than freight collect.  If you want to ship the goods by air or by sea, then we will charge USD100 for the custom documents fee and inland freight. 

G. What's the ring's size?

Re: The rings have three sizes:  Large, middle and Small.

Under 11 are small sizes; 12-14  are middle sizes; Above 15  are large sizes. Customer can request the sizes in the order, normally the rings are adjustable(we will mark the rings if they are not adjustable)

H. What's the payment term ?

Re: Our payment term is T/T (bank transfer ) and Western Union .

I. The policy of exchange and return goods.

Re: Plese let us know the quality problems within 24hours after you receive the goods(excluding man-made breakage). But if the time over 24hours after you receive the goods, we won't accept goods returning.
 
   1.For returning goods, we just exchange the same item for you. If the item is out of stock, we will exchange the same value items or refund the payment.
   2.Please keep the original package when return goods.
   3.Please make sure to make a note of the order no., the goods problem and whether ship the items together with the next order

J. How to apply for returning goods ?

Re: If the ordered items do have quality problems and within the period of returning goods(within 24hours after receiving the goods), please contact our salesman immediately and advise them the reason of returning goods and quantity.Then we will agree to return the goods after we confirm the problem's truth.

K. How to deal with the problems after buyer return the goods.

  Re: 1.The freight of returning goods is paid firstly by buyer. After we receive the goods and confirm it's our quality problem. Then we will exchange the items. And we will pay the freight. If the item is sold off, we will refund the money to you or deduct the payment from your next order.
  2.Please do contact us first when you want to return and exchange the goods. The goods can be returned after it confirmed by two parties. The shipping way must by post.
  3.Please make a note of your order no., item no., prices, the reason or returning goods and whether ship the goods with your next order.
  4.The returning items must packed well as original, make sure no man-made breakage.
  5.Please contact us after you sent goods by post in 20days.
